Minos’s first product is an adjustable-angle filter paper press, with a top rotary knob allowing for free adjustment of the pressing angle.

This breaks away from the functional limitations of traditional single-angle paper presses.

Whether it’s the origami filter cup, cake filter cup, V60, or other pour-over cups,

the angle of the paper presser can be finely adjusted to ensure the filter paper adheres smoothly and evenly to the filter cup, preventing the “bypass” phenomenon.

That is, during brewing, water doesn’t pass through the coffee grounds for extraction but flows directly from the gap between the filter paper and the filter cup, mixing with the already extracted coffee liquid.
